OBSERVERS: Their function is to load and secure passengers into the aircraft, provide flight information and communicate with flight crew during flight. The escort stands by for assistance as needed.

BRIEFERS

BRIEFING: This is the time to discuss the safety aspects of riding on the aircraft. (Similar to a flight attendant briefing on a commercial aircraft ) We assure everyone understands the role of CIH crew members and their responsibility to provide a safe and memorable flight
